This "Guide to the Game" is intended to help parents and players within BCSA understand the rules involving the offside rule that is in place for U11 soccer within BCSA. This video is intended as an "informational" session only. Match Officials/ Referees are responsible for making calls regarding the offside rule. Often the Match Official/ Referees are challenged by players and parents that do not fully understand the offside rule in games. We hope this will help players and parents understand the offside rule enough to limit those challenges to the Match Official/ Referees thus enjoying the game more.
